Product Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are offered on product within 14 days of receipt. Please keep a copy of your receipt that shows order number and date! Please email lbdesignsjewelry@verizon.net for authorization approval and a Return Authorization #. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and insured for the full value of the item(s) originally purchased.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items returned without a tracking number are the sole responsibility of the shipper. Items sent back without a Return Authorization # from LBdesigns will not be accepted and will be returned at the cost of the recipient. Returned item(s) will be substituted for alternate merchandise upon receipt of the original returned product. Customer will be charged accordingly for price difference. No refunds are offered on merchandise, so please choose carefully.

**Please note: custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.**

Product Repairs

A 6 month repair warranty is available on all products. Please email LBdesigns Jewelry with a photo of the defective product and the original dated invoice/receipt.  LBdesigns Jewelry will repair or substitute the damaged product with similar product of equal value and will provide information on the steps necessary to facilitate the return and repair.
